FOXX, BROWN, SANDERS VOTE IS "TIPPING POINT" FOR EMANUEL
When Kim Foxx gets almost as many votes as did Barack Obama in Chicago's black wards and suburban townships, and when socialist Bernie Sanders gets a majority in 22 Chicago wards, including all Hispanic wards, and all the northwest side and southwest side white ethnic wards, you know Rahm Emanuel has reached his "tipping point." That's when the end of one's career is nearer than the beginning. Foxx's crushing defeat of Sts. Atty. Anita Alvarez can be attributed to a huge black voter turnout and rejection of Chicago's "police culture," although Alvarez ran well in white ethnic wards. Sanders stunning vote is attributable to white and Hispanic voter rejection of the existing "political culture," as exemplified by Emanuel and the Clintons. Attached is a VOTE CHART detailing black primary voting in 2008 and 2016. Dorothy Brown's win showed the impotence of Democratic committeemen. Emanuel had better be very afraid: His base has vanished. Full Article...

"SNAP, CRACKLE, POP" AS NORTHWEST SIDE POLITICAL DYNASTIES CRUMBLE
The March 15 primary was a Rice Krispies Day; that "snap, crackle, pop" was the crumbling of venerable Chicago Democratic political dynasties in the northwest side 33rd, 39th and 38th wards. 174 years of dynastic rule went up in smoke. Had Pat O'Connor not stumbled to an unimpressive win in the 40th Ward, it would have been 207 years. The Madigan Machine scored in the 15th House Dist., where $500,000 propelled John D'Amico to a 11,289-7,582 (59.8%) win over insurgent Jac Charlier; but the Laurino/D'Amico machine suffered a stunning setback when Robert Murphy won the 39th Ward Dem committeemanship 5,997-4,964. There went 52 years of dynastic rule. Dick Mell, according to latest returns (which are in recount), lost the 33rd Ward committeeman's race to a guy who got 11% in a 2014 bid for state rep. The Cullertons, 38th Ward bosses for 81 years, rode off into the sunset. O'Connor, 40th Ward boss for 33 years, beat Dianne Daleiden by 1,098 votes. She wants his aldermanic job in 2019. In the 41st Ward, the "Irish guys" coalition rebuffed new Ald. Anthony Napolitano, with Tim Heneghan winning the Dem committeeman job. Marty Durkan, from Edison Park in the 41st Ward, won an upset for the 2-year MWRD commissioner's spot. He will take on the anti-Emanuel Napolitano in 2019. Charlier will be back in 2018. "ACLU RULE" WILL MAKE CHICAGO "HEROIN HEAVEN"
Police Superintendent McCarthy is gone, but "Superintendent ACLU" will be around forever. Did you know that whenever a Chicago cop, either beat or patrol, stops or talks to ANYBODY on official business, a 7-page "stop report" must be prepared during that shift and filed into the CPD database -- with a copy to the American Civil Liberties Union. In effect, the ACLU is policing the police who are supposed to police the city. No wonder police stops are down 87%. Chicago already has a serious heroin problem, but it will be "heroin heaven" during the summer of 2016. Every punk and gangbanger will be packing a gun and dealing Chiba white (heroin) with impunity on any streetcorner. 20 kilos of heroin can net $6 million. Advice to Chicagoans: If you see any "suspicious activity," don't call 911. Phone the ACLU. They will send a lawyer. Full Article...

LIES, MORE LIES AND OUTRIGHT FABRICATIONS IN DEM PRIMARY
One of the more memorable quotes from the Bill Clinton Era had nothing to do with Monica Lewinsky. It was Nebraska Sen. Bob Kerrey's (D) observation that Clinton was a "good liar. I mean a very, very good liar." In Illinois, Speaker Mike Madigan (D) carries on the Clinton tradition. In the 15th House Dist., where Jac Charlier faces St. Rep. John D'Amico (D) in the 3/15 primary, a barrage of mailings have been ripping Charlier, accusing him of Tea Party ties, of waging a "war on women," of being hostile to police and firefighters, and of being a "Rauner Democrat." All are total fabrications. According to D'Amico, Charlier is "anti-women" because he allegedly didn't return the pro-choice PersonalPAC questionnaire. What a crock. Charlier is pro-choice, and said he did return it. And the words "Go Tea Party" were on Charlier's website some years ago. Charlier is being buried by 25-plus mailers and a 100 paid workers. In the 41st Ward, none of the 3 candidates for Democratic committeeman can deny that they previously voted Republican. Anti-Emanuel Ald. Anthony Napolitano is not "openly Republican," but that's the lie and line from Tim Heneghan and John Mulroe. The 2019 campaign is underway, when "fluke" Napolitano will be opposed by Firefighters Local 1 president Tom Ryan. In county races, watch Foxx and Meister. Full Article...

COMEBACKS, BLOWBACKS HIGHLIGHT DEMOCRATIC PRIMARY RACES
To be dumped or not to be dumped? That is the question. And the answer is, that in volatile 2016, it's better to be dumped than slated. The county Democrats' ongoing carnival of unslating, de-slating, re-slating and non-slating has become laughable, and has engendered serious voter disapproval. Voters ask: Why should we vote for the slated candidate? Court Clerk Dorothy Brown has managed a comeback because she was slated, then dumped; State's Attorney Anita Alvarez has too much blowback from her role (or non-role) in the city's police shootings. Alvarez won't get a bump from her dumping. ATTACHED IS A CHART showing outcomes in past contested Dem primaries, dating to 1972. The Alvarez-Foxx-More race resembles Ed Hanrahan's 1972 comeback after he was dumped. The magic number is 40%. In the Clerk's race, white lawyer Jacob Meister is running as the "reformer," and Brown's 16-year tenure has been marked by listlessness and incompetence. Brown was unslated due to a federal probe of pay-to-play. With two blacks running (Brown and Harris), Meister has an outside chance, but victimhood is causing Brown to surge. Full Article...
